When registering, you will need your 5-digit account number and your location ID number. Your location ID number may be obtained from the office by calling 409-384-6301 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If more than one name appears on the bill, register using only the first name listed and the last name as it is shown. (Example: James & Mary Smith, type in James Smith.)
All online payments will be processed into the billing system the next business day. Make sure online payments are made by the 15th to avoid a late fee and the day before lock-off to avoid having your water service disconnected. (Example: Lock off is on the 27th. At 6 a.m. on the 27th a customer makes an online payment. The office has no way of knowing this until the morning of the 28th and the customer's account will be locked due to non-payment)
Once an account is locked, the customer must contact Upper Jasper County Water Authority.
Please note: There will be a fee of the greater of $1.75 or 2.5% for each payment processed online.
